Celtics beat Kyrie Irving and the Nets: +43!

Behind a hot Jayson Tatum and a tough defense, the Celtics start the game with an incredible 35-7 run and quickly go up by 31 points (44-13)!

We’ll have to wait until the second quarter to see Brooklyn rise up. Joe Harris hits a game-winning three and Cam Thomas adds ten points off the bench to slowly close the gap (62-40).

However, the Nets’ rise was short-lived. Still adept from distance, Boston finished the half on a 17-5 run to return to the locker room with a +34 (79-45) lead! Despite having an effective Kyrie Irving after halftime, the Nets can’t put their opponent in any doubt. The lead never drops below 30 points, and Boston cruises to a quiet victory.

WHAT TO REMEMBER

– We should not miss the start of the match. The Celtics, sometimes tender after a two-day rest, jumped on the Nets’ throat this time. It all started with tremendous defense, limiting Brooklyn to 28% shooting and 16% 3-pointers. Boston was then able to run in transition and find some rhythm. The address that says rhythm says and the Celtics made a festival! They finished the first quarter with 46 points on 62% shooting, including a nice 8 3-pointers. Jayson Tatum, the author of four award-winning shots, finished the period with 18 points, and Jaylen Brown with 12 points.

– Tatum – The Brown pair is stronger than the starting Brooklyn. In a game that wasn’t devoid of obvious stats for the Celtics’ advantage in rebounding (32-for-57) or 3-pointers (9-for-26), this was a game that belonged to two Jays. to you. Tatum and Brown actually scored more points than the Nets’ top five (57-55)! An evening for Brooklyn that will soon be forgotten.

Are Ben Simmons and TJ Warren back on Saturday? The two players who missed their third game tonight are expected to face the Wizards on Saturday. Jacques Vaughan wanted to be optimistic before the meeting.

TOPS/FLOPS
