What was not achieved in 2022
“The city of Hisor should continue its development in terms of attractiveness in order to attract new doctors and prevent the phenomenon of medical deserts. Today, in connection with the State, District and Department, the municipality implements numerous projects in this regard thanks to record investments, which marks a historic change for Hisor and its health center. »
The biggest project of 2023
“The pavement plan will be continued in 2023 with the gradual renewal of the roads. Work on a future community cultural center starting in late 2022 will increase, while construction will begin on a new early childhood center on the site of the former CCAS. In addition to these projects, the renovation of the wastewater treatment plant, which meets all new environmental standards, will be added. »
What you dream of
“Several projects are being developed and our responsibility is to commit Gisors to the future. The “Hisor 2030” program with the revitalization of the city center or the station is the best example. It is also important to continue the work around our identity by expanding our historical and even natural heritage with the city wall and the project to create a natural park in Norman Vexin. »
The event you want to organize

A real turning point in our youth culture policy and an innovation aimed at a growing crowd of connoisseurs, enthusiasts or the curious. A real gathering of generations and an opportunity to discover the musical richness of talented artists. »
The figure: 5 million euros
“The renovation of the Château de Gisors, inaugurated this year with the restoration of the convict tower, the Governor’s tower, the Passage du Monarque and the installation of lighting, cost just over 5 million euros. It shows that the capital city of Norman Vexin is recovering thanks to the commitment of everyone, especially the skilled agents who serve our city. »
A lever to develop the attractiveness of the municipality
“It’s not a secret. A strong area brand needs to be developed to be part of the future with increasingly attractive local authorities in relation to each other. We need to integrate our communication with investors, residents and tourists by adding assets and economic support systems that allow us to create a consistent identity. All local players need to speak with one voice to both change the image that has stuck with us in recent years and break the clichés. »
