Several car brands have reported the latest movements in their distribution networks in December 2022. In particular, note the arrival in France of the Spanish Oliva Motor group, which has taken over the BMW-Mini dealership in Perpignan.

The Tenedor group has strengthened its position with the Toyota brand in the Aisne, following the opening of an outlet in Soissons in January.

BMW France also confirms the sale of ABM Agen and ABM Périgueux, controlled by the Sipa group, to Eden Auto. The latter also sold the business from the Montauban site (Tarn-et-Garonne) to the Raguin family.

The acquisition by GCA of Dynamism Automobiles (Sébastien Richer), which distributes BMW and Mini in Angers and Saumur (Main-et-Loire), was also recorded in December 2022.

Mercedes Benz

Located in Avermes (Allier) and belonging to the Maurin group, Étoile 03 Moulins stopped at concession January 2023 distribution of utility vehicles. Westhoek Automobiles (Priod group) in Dunkirk (North) added a Jeep panel to the Opel brand panel at the end of 2022.

The Pedinielli Automobiles group, celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2023, has been appointed to distribute Abarth in the Manosque (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence) and Gap (Hautes-Alpes) regions. Headed by Romain Pedinielli, the entity is already established in Manosque with the brands Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Hyundai, Isuzu and SsangYong. Available at Gap with Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep and Isuzu. It should be noted that the family group is also a dealer in Pertuis (Hyundai, Isuzu) and Digne-les-Bains (Fiat) companies.

At the end of 2022, the JMJ Automobiles group took over the distribution of Jeep, Fiat and Fiat Professional vehicles in Vesoul (Automobiles Franc-Comtoise; Haute-Saône), where it was already with Citroen.

The manufacturer also confirms that the LS Group has ceased operations in Nanterre with the brands Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth and Fiat Professional. These fall into the hands of the FCA Motor Village subsidiary. The Parot group in Châteauroux (Indre) has sold the distribution of Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Fiat and Fiat Professional to Gerald Richard (Amplitude) at the end of 2022.


The Tenedor group opened a concession in January 2023 in Soissons (Aisne) in the colors of the Japanese brand (TTR cars). The operator already markets Toyota in Laon (Aisne), Reims and Épernay (Marne).
