Neat finish and beautiful OLED display

Like the big and other models of the new Apple smartphones launched in September, the iPhone 14 benefits from a neat finish, as the brand knows how to do. However, the design of this reference will not be revolutionary compared to the previous generation: it will always adopt the same rectangular format, the same rounded edges in brushed aluminum and the same glass back, but this is not necessarily a bad thing. , because it will be easy to manage.

The screen of the iPhone 14 should not be left behind: here we will have a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED panel that offers good brightness and infinite contrast. A better photo module

One of the major improvements the iPhone 14 brings over the iPhone 13 is on the photography side. Thus, in this new model we find a 12-megapixel stabilized main sensor with 1.9 μm photosites and a lens opening at f / 1.5. According to Apple, this makes night mode twice as fast and improves low-light performance by 49%. The selfie camera has also been tweaked and now includes autofocus. Overall, the iPhone 14 performs well in decent conditions and manages to offer a fairly effective night mode.
